Reblog if you’re currently writing a novel, even if it’s only in your head or scribbled in the back of a notebook somewhere.
Think about how many books don’t exist yet.
Today’s Teefury shirt!
“Saruman believes it is only great power that can hold evil in check, but that is not what I have found… I found it is the small everyday deeds of ordinary folk that keep the darkness at bay— small acts of kindness and love. Why Bilbo Baggins? Perhaps because I am afraid, and he gives me courage.”
— Gandalf, The Hobbit.
You know, looking at the various publicity shots that have come out recently…
I wonder if, in Season 3, they’re going to refrain from covering up, or indeed maybe even play up the silvering of Martin’s hair.
The stress/sadness of Sherlock being gone…?

Happy New Year!!!
Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to all. :D
When the media talks about Martin, they tend to qualify any reference to his looks with blunting modifiers. They call him an Everyman. They say he’s average. They use words like “unassuming” and “cuddly” (ick) and call him “adorable.” Which I’m sure he just looooooves.
Others have made the point better than I, but why can’t cuddly and adorable BE hot?
One should not preclude the other.
understandably, of course, because, well, HOT DAMN
can we all
just take a moment
to appreciate this motherfucker right here
BOFUR IS THE MOST CHILL, BEST, NICEST DWARF OH MY GOSH
HE AND BILBO ARE SUCH BROS
THEY ARE MY BROTP
of course I may be biased towards mr nesbitt because of how amazing he was in jekyll
I think Bofur fans should be called Brofurs.
I cannot tell you how wonderful The Hobbit was. Literally cannot.
I’m running on about 3 hours sleep, and a possible fever, and luckily today is the ‘Holiday Lunch’ and we aren’t going to be expected to be productive at work anyway. :D
It was gorgeous, and Martin Freeman was magical, and oddly I think Bofur is my favorite of the Dwarves, just because he had a couple moments there, although I think they’re all great.
And the Riddles in the Dark scene was perfect.
